We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.

 

Shipping:

Most orders will ship via USPS priority mail

Domestic: Free!

International: $20.00

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

 

Shipping in U.S.:

Orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
Most orders will ship USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation once payment has cleared.

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and will be required to sign upon delivery. 

Your order should take about 2 to 5 days once shipped depending on your location. You can follow your package with the tracking information given with your shipping confirmation.

Please be advised that once the product is shipped and the tracking number has been sent, Dekonti.com is no longer responsible for it.

 

Shipping outside of U.S.:

Your DEKONTI shipment should arrive 1 to 3 weeks after shipment date.

We are no longer able to track an order once it passes through customs.

You will receive a customs number via email when you are notified that your package has shipped which you may use to assist you in tracking your package

DEKONTI is not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, and Freight charges for International Orders.

Any customs fee is at the charge of the recipient.

 

Order Processing:

All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

 

Lost Packages:

DEKONTI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have left our facility.

Orders are sent to the address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

DEKONTI does not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

DEKONTI is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
