Refunds & Exchanges
DEKONTI is confident you will be thrilled with your purchase. All items have gone through a strict quality control. If you are not fully satisfied, we will happily exchange your unworn purchase for another item from the collection.
Simply email customerservice@dekonti.com within 10 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation for your exchange.
We will then send you instructions to complete the exchange.
**Please note that exchanges DO NOT include the shipping fee.
**For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Dekonti.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
**Jewelry should be in resalable condition. No exchanges on any sale merchandise. All sales are final.
**Please note that while Sterling Silver is malleable, squeezing, shaping or bending pieces may compromise the integrity of the design. Dekonti is not responsible for misshaped or broken pieces as a result of customer manipulation.
**Do not swim in, shower with or get any of the jewelry wet. Store in a cool, dry place
